Delivery Delays

AURA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return Period & Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned products must:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Show no signs of use, damage, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or stains
Sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded.

Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team to assist you with the process.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Sale Items
