Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on location. Orders within Kosovo are delivered within 1–2 business days, while deliveries to North Macedonia and Albania, typically take 3–5 business days. For more information, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Shipping costs depend on the destination. For Kosovo, shipping costs €2.50 for orders under €80. For Albania and North Macedonia, shipping costs €5 for orders under €100. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 in Kosovo and on orders over €100 in Albania and North Macedonia.
Orders
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier takes full responsibility for delivery and we are no longer able to cancel it.

Returns & Refunds
Sizing & Care
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For more information, please visit our Returns page.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@aurathebrand.com.
